4. Vehicle Inspections? Only the finest vehicles make it to our showroom; those not meeting our rigorous standards are sent to auction.

6. Accessories? Our preowned vehicles come from various sources, and while we strive to provide the best, not all may include original equipment like both sets of keys and floor mats. We sell our vehicles in their acquired condition, and additional accessories may not be guaranteed. Your peace of mind remains our priority.


1. 3 Day refund policy begins the day you receive your vehicle, regardless of the time of day.  During that time, you can drive it for up to 3 days or 300 miles, whatever comes first, and return it for any reason.  You must let us know prior to 7pm EST on the 3-calendar day after receiving your vehicle.  Refunds are processed immediately but may take 7-10 days to show up in your account based on your bank.  After 3 days or 300 miles, the vehicle is no longer eligible for a refund.  Returns must be in the same condition as the time of purchase.  We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified or has an added Lien.  If you drive the vehicle over 300 miles, you will be charged $2.50 for each additional mile. The Dealer is not responsible for refunding Shipping Costs.  Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs at the sole discretion of the dealer.

2. 5 Day 500-mile exchange policy begins the day you receive the vehicle, regardless of time of day.  During that time, you can drive it for up to 5 days or 500 miles whatever comes first, and exchange or trade your purchase.  Exchanges may be subject to appraisal and can be traded in at fair market value.  You will not be charged a re-stocking fee of any kind.  Exchanges are ineligible if a lien has been added and may be subject to a lender's approval.  The Dealer is not responsible for refunding Shipping Costs.  Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs at the sole discretion of the dealer.  We realize life happens, if for any reason you need assistance with your return please reach out, we are happy to help.
